WHITE PASS AND YUKON ROUTE #73

Here are some of my favorite photos of the pride of the White Pass fleet, WP&YR #73. I took these photos on my final day in Skagway before I headed home. Please Enjoy these photos of the 73 and her crew as they made a trip to Lake Bennett.

73 at Lake Bennett, BC Canada

The Bennett Depot/"Eating House" Was where passengers and crew would stop for lunch and to swap engines when thru service to Whitehorse YT was still a daily occurrence.
Today the depot houses a small museum for what remains of the ghost town of Bennett BC.

Yours Truly having my photo taken with the #73
